For context, and for the benefit of readers who might be unaware of him, Richard D Hall is an independent journalist and investigator, who for some years presented his “RichPlanet TV” show on satellite TV before it moved online after the station closed down.
Richplanet is the name of a website launched by electrical engineer Richard D. Hall in early 2008. The website initially was intended to provide a wide range of information about the subject of UFOs. It focused on famous researchers, cases, evidence and witnesses. Later in 2008, Richard was approached by Edge Media Television, a new alternative TV channel who were looking for somebody to provide material about the UFO subject for their channel. The channel operated on Sky Channel 200 from 2008 to 2010. Richard made 24 half hour low budget TV programmes which were screened on Edge Media Television between 2008 and early 2010. These shows were in four series of 6 entitled “RICHPLANET.NET”.
After making these shows, Richard decided to produce a weekly hour long TV show, to cover the UFO subject along with many other controversial topics. Focusing on subjects not covered in a just or serious manner by mainstream media and bringing objective analysis to some poorly understood areas. Mind control, terrorism, hidden history, state lead cover ups, space exploration, alternative energy are just some of the subjects which have been covered on the show. The hour long weekly TV show launched in April 2010 and was originally called “The Richplanet Starship”. Shortly after the new show launched, Edge Media Television stopped broadcasting due to financial difficulties, so Richplanet approached “Information TV Ltd” (a neighbouring channel) to ask if they would be interested in screening the show. They agreed and the show (renamed Richplanet TV) was broadcast on Showcase TV (Sky 192) for a further 5 years ending in 2015.

I was introduced to Richard’s work a few years ago now, while I was exploring ‘alternative narratives’, and I have watched a great number of his videos.
I particularly like his close attention to detail, as well as his detailed analysis of available evidence. While he makes his own conclusions based on the evidence he is presented with, he always maintains that they are his own opinions, and merely asks others to make up their own mind as to whether he is correct or not.

Sometimes, with all the trickery and fakery going on around us, I do feel that what he says is correct.
If you’ve ever seen some ‘incident’ reported in the media, and felt that something “wasn’t quite right”, rather than accepting the ‘official version’ of events, Richard has taken the time to look closely at and investigate such events. He’s by no means ‘prolific’, unlike some other alternative researchers who are churning out content every day.
He doesn’t do this kind of work “for fun” though. He’s made money from producing and distributing DVDs of his work, as well as selling tickets for speaking tours he has embarked on. I don’t believe he is a fantastically wealthy person though.
OK so that’s a bit of the background over with. So this guy has been doing what he does for several years now, and has looked into various subjects such as 9/11, Madeline McCann, Jill Dando, Jo Cox, and Covid.
The Manchester ‘bombing’
In 2017, there was a ‘bombing incident’ at the Manchester arena following an Ariana Grande concert.
In 2020, almost three years later, Richard D Hall, after doing extensive investigation, research and analysis, produced a book and a documentary, which questioned the ‘official narrative’ of the evenings events.
Summary of the book & film
An independent forensic investigation of the 2017 Manchester Arena “bombing” incident. 14,000 Ariana Grande fans had just finished watching a concert, when a loud bang was heard coming from the arena foyer. The vast majority of people did not witness an explosion because the foyer is a separate enclosure unsighted from the main arena. Immediately after the bang, crowds flooded out of the arena, some of them in panic. The mainstream media quickly reported that a suicide bomber had detonated a “nuts and bolts” bomb in the centre of the foyer, which they quickly claimed killed 22 people and injured dozens more. To date, no images have been produced by official sources which demonstrate what actually occurred. No images showing evidence of a death in the arena foyer, nor evidence of a serious injury within the arena foyer have been produced. Close scrutiny of first hand eye witness testimony and other evidence casts doubt on the official narrative and leads to the possibility that the event was a carefully stage managed exercise involving scores of enlisted participants. Richard D. Hall with help from two trusted researchers examines the evidence and builds a picture of what most likely occurred.
The film is just under 2 hours long and the book is 435 pages. .

“Disaster Trolls”
It took another three years for someone to ‘sit up and take notice’, as in 2023 Richard was targeted by the BBC, and subsequent legal action was taken against him, which is still ongoing to this day.
My own question here is why did it take three years? Why this particular investigation of his?
Why no private legal action by the families of Madeleine McCann, Jo Cox or Jill Dando, or anyone else ever investigated by Mr Hall?

A recent article by Iain Davis published on Off-Guardian reveals a telling motive for this legal action being brought against Richard D Hall.
In an interview aired on ITV’s Good Morning Britain (GMB), Martin Hibbert spoke about his relationship with Andy Burnham, the mayor of Manchester. Mr Hibbert stated that if he wins the case against Hall, he, Burnham and his legal team are seeking to use the ruling to push for the creation of a new criminal offence.
Hibbert and his supporters want to make it illegal to question any reported victim account of an alleged terrorist attack. If enacted, it will ensure that no investigative journalist can ever question State narratives about terror events. Once on the statute books, it is highly likely that the offence will be extended to prohibit the questioning of other State narratives, wherever it is claimed someone was harmed. Murder, for example.
At no stage did GMB question anything Mr Hibbert said. They noted that the case against Hall was ongoing, but then allowed Martin Hibbert to make a series of unchallenged, false claims about Hall. Thus, further jeopardising Hall’s defence.

Say what? ‘They’ basically want to make it illegal, a criminal offence, to question or express any contrary opinion regarding any ‘official narrative’ surrounding any kind of ‘terrorist incident’ that may (or may not) have happened!
The Establishment simply insists you believe whatever it tells you about Manchester without discussing, or even acknowledging, the bulk of the evidence. Hall is the only named journalist to have reported the information otherwise excluded from public discourse. For doing so, he has been attacked by the entire UK legacy media and faces bankruptcy in the courts.

It’s almost ironic really, that an independently-funded investigative journalist is being dragged over the coals for doing what the highly-paid mainstream media journalists have failed to do for several years, ie actually ‘investigate’ stuff, rather than merely parroting press releases or official statements, without any questioning.
The Common Purpose stooges controlling the police, judiciary and media are teaming up nicely it would seem.
Journalism and its ability to question power is directly threatened by the civil action brought against Richard D. Hall. Yet virtually no legacy media nor independent media outlet, with a couple of notable exceptions, is seemingly willing to publish anything that broaches this issue or defends either Hall or his work.

A possible injunction could see all of Hall’s research and the evidence he has reported removed from the internet. His books will be burned. It seems obvious that the UK state is determined to silence Hall but, more importantly, to hide and destroy the evidence he has reported.
In summary
Richard D Hall has been allowed to “peddle and profit from his dangerous conspiracy theories” since at least 2008.
He has produced and presented a number of videos on various ‘controversial topics’ such as 9/11, the Madeleine McCann disappearance, the ‘murder’ of Jo Cox MP etc, without any intervention.
It took three years for his work on the Manchester bombing to get ‘noticed’ by the legacy media and for legal action to be taken against him. (Why this ‘incident’? How come no-one has ever made any objections about any other ‘incidents’ he has ever investigated or made commentary on?)
Nobody criticising him has ever actually watched his “Night Of The Bang” video or read his book.
In the time since this legal action has been taken against him, Richard has been unable to undertake any speaking tours, and has had little time to devote to investigating other ‘incidents of interest’, such as the disappearance of Nicola Bulley for example.
A dangerous precedent is about to be set, if we’re all not careful and mindful of what is going on.
Can you imagine the possibility of being thrown into jail for simply questioning any bogus ‘official narrative’ being spun by the mainstream media?
